Architectural Guidelines

Bridle Gate Estates’ Architectural Guidelines are designed to insure that the building quality, nature, and ambiance of our community are maintained at the highest standards. This will insure that our home values will be preserved well into the future as our community begins to age.

New construction and any existing home where additions, sheds, or other exterior remodeling will take place must submit an ACC application along with building plans and exterior colors/materials to the Architectural Control Committee through our management company, CAM, which is listed in the directory pages of this web site. The Architectural Control Committee will review the proposed plans and either approve, suggest changes, or deny the application. Areas where no ACC approval is needed are defined in the CC&R's as well as the ACC guidelines. Once approved, construction may begin. Failure to follow the ACC guidelines may result in substantial fines to the homeowner and or builder in accordance with our fees and fines schedule.

If you have questions or are not sure if your project needs ACC approval, please contact the management company and they will direct your questions to the appropriate committee member.
