Equestrian Center

Welcome to Bridle Gate Estates, a horse loving,  family centered, equestrian oriented community located in the heart of St. George. Marvel at the beauty of the majestic mountains, the vermilion sandstone cliffs, the open fields and countryside that give this  residential community a truly unique setting.

A meticulously maintained Equestrian Center, including equine stabling facilities, lighted riding arena, turnout areas, walker  and hay storage area. This optional amenity is available only to owners in Bridle Gate Estates.  Participants pay a separate use fee of $5,000 per stall plus a modest monthly maintenance fee of $35 per horse to cover operating and maintenance expenses. This is based on availabilty of stalls.  When no stalls are currently available , a wait list will be established.
