There are a total of 106 lots in the beautiful Bridle Gate Estates community located at the intersection of 2450 S. and 3000 E., St. George, UT.     Bridle Gate lots are larger than most competing subdivisions and range from 1/3 to 1/2 acre in size.    All lots have extra wide frontage (about 112 ft wide) which appeals to those who like to have more side yard access to store RV's or equipment along side their home.  The extra width also allows for more spacing and privacy between homes.   

As an optional benefit, any Bridle Gate owner may become a member of the unique Bridle Gate Equestrian Center for an additional $5,000.  The membership fee allows an owner to board a horse in one of the 24 deluxe horse stalls for just $35/mo.   Exclusive use of the 12 acre equestrian park, barns, tack room, lighted arena, and pastures is granted to equestrian center members.  See the “Equestrian Center” section on this website for more information about this optional benefit.   

The regular HOA fee for all owners is just $35/mo, used to maintain the landscaped trail along 3000 East and the entrance parkway.  Architectural guidelines are found on this website, along with a copy of the CCR's and governing documents of the HOA.   A copy of the subdivision soils reports is listed below.   All known soils issues have been addressed and the pads are certified ready for construction.
